Our high-achieving team is dedicated to helping farmers and businesses alike generate their own power and independence through our patented NOREASTER solution and battery energy storage. Boasting a portfolio of the most robust solar solutions custom built for harsh weather in Canada, we are a leader in the Atlantic Region and looking to grow our team.

Who We’re Looking For

This coordinator position is for someone who knows what it is like to work on a farm. Maybe you grew up on one, work on one now, or study agriculture. Either way, you understand farming life and can bring that experience into conversations with other farmers, helping us connect with the agricultural community across Southwestern Ontario. 

This role is flexible, perfect for someone who wants to earn some extra income alongside farm work. It can be part-time or full-time depending on your schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Visit farms and connect with local farmers and agricultural leaders across Southwestern Ontario
  • Introduce them to Smart Energy and our NOREASTER micro solar farm 
  • Spot potential opportunities through word of mouth, community events, and farm networks
  • Have real conversations with farmers, gathering key information and logging it in HubSpot CRM
  • Build relationships by showing how solar can fit into farm operations
  • Help schedule follow-ups with our Smart Energy Consultants 
  • Be a positive ambassador for Smart Energy in the farming community
